I was kind of hoping for an example if a game it could be seen and felt in, not another bencbmark lol. In guessing that when this isn't running at 300 fps, it doesn't really have a CPU bottleneck, and so it's even less likely to be noticed...

no-one who knows how to do what you are talking about ever buys a pre-built machine. they make their own because on a high end machine they save an easy 1k on the total build. i love the knowledge drop but its lost on people who don't want to do the work or research on their own build. so maybe do a video on not just to do your own build but why you should do your own build on a machine that you want to work for a couple of years vs one that is just ok now

comparing mini ITX form factor pc with full size ATX is just plain stupid. Off course ITX will have higher temps.. you pay for it's small size factor and possibly quiet operation (radiator fans don't need to run high speed to work effectively). I would be surprised if that corsair one would outperform your clone...

I don't know how you would hook into the games themselves (display, data, client, etc), but I always thought it would be cool for certain games if the RGB at each user's zone would light up a different color depending on their state. For example very simply an alive player has green lights, and a dead player has red lights.

  46. Kommander

    Kommander19 hari yang lalu

For the thermostas: DIY one, seriusly. You need an arduino, a temperature sensor, a resistor and a relay/transistor/mosfet. The arduino takes power from the cables. To send a command to the heater the arduino adds the resistor as a load to the power wire with the relay/transistor/mosfet. Now you can use a brainbox to pick up that change in current. If you use a transistor/mosfet you can even set up patterns for different messages/data.

@LinusTechTips Okay, I wanna see you do a video with the Intel-based Corsair One i200 model. Evaluate the highest-end model (www.corsair.com/us/en/Categories/Products/Systems/CORSAIR-ONE/CORSAIR-ONE-Compact-Gaming-PC/p/CS-9020028-NA ) at its stock configuration; then do an internal upgrade of the whole system to see if more performance can be squeezed out of the case: replace the Z490 motherboard with a newer MSI MEG Z590I UNIFY (www.msi.com/Motherboard/MEG-Z590I-UNIFY ), upgrade the RAM with the fastest 64GB kit available (www.corsair.com/us/en/Categories/Products/Memory/VENGEANCE-LPX/p/CMK64GX4M2D3600C18 ), replace the RTX 3080 board with the more powerful but identically-designed board of the 3080 Ti or 3090 and replace the PCI-E 3.0 riser with a newer, faster PCI-E 4.0 x16 riser but keep EVERYTHING ELSE from the model. Then test out how much more performance can be achieved with the upgrade.
